Indigenous Youth Voice on Biodiversity: Ms. Ramila Chaudhary, CIPRED-Nepal

“Indigenous youth and children are not just the future — we are the present. Our languages, cultures, knowledge systems, and future are in our hands,” says Ramila Chaudhary from Madhuwan-1, Bardiya District, Nepal.

Ramila works with the Center for Indigenous Peoples Research and Development (CIPRED) and is empowering Indigenous communities through income-generation training and cultural revitalization.
