The story of Pipoy and Bandam: The aspirations of Lumad children for a free and Lumad-relevant education

This documentary presents the experiences of Lumad children living in communities that are under attack due to resistance against militarization and resource extraction activities such as foreign large-scale mining, plantation and the like. Pipoy and Bandam represent the aspirations of Lumad children whose dreams include acquiring a free and Lumad-relevant education that is constantly put on hold by the ongoing attacks against their school, their teachers, and the whole community.
