Background | The Asia Indigenous Peoples Pact (AIPP) is a regional organization of Indigenous Peoples Organizations in Asia established in 1992 by Indigenous Peoples’ movements. AIPP is committed to the cause of promoting and defending Indigenous Peoples’ rights and human rights and also articulating and advocating for Indigenous Peoples’ issues and concerns at the national, regional and global levels. For details, please visit www.aippnet.org. Under AIPP Procurement Policy 4.3.3. Guidelines on Selection of Travel Agency, Airlines and Route. AIPP will have to review and call for bidding every three (3) years for the quotations from travel agencies. Three years are ended by December 2022. AIPP must review and call for biding the travel agency of 2023 -2525. |
Service Specifications and Criteria | a. Book domestic and international flights for AIPP. b. Provide domestic and international tickets on credit to AIPP for a maximum of 7 working days. c. Always provide three itineraries’ options from three different airlines showing complete information on ticket costs and status of reservations. d. Share e-ticket to AIPP Administrative staff by email and deliver hard copy and ticket invoice to AIPP office only after AIPP Administrative staff confirms to issue the ticket. e. Deliver original copy of the ticket receipt to AIPP office. f. Arrange for changes or cancellations of tickets in a timely manner as it may deem necessary including securing reimbursements due for cancelled or re-issued tickets. g. Provide assistance required in case of sickness, injury or death of the traveler. h. Provide necessary assistance to travelers in case of lost/damage baggage. i. Arrange for the replacement or refund of lost or stolen tickets. j. Provide up-to-date information on passport and visa requirements and assist or provide services in obtaining passports and visas. k. Promptly investigate and appropriately act on any complaint from AIPP travelers |
