This study presents the situation of indigenous peoples in the Philippines and draws out the potential impacts of the ASEAN integration on indigenous peoples. It includes the profile of indigenous peoples and an evaluation of national legislations which impact on them. This report aims to provide recommendations to policy makers and relevant bodies at the national and regional levels for consideration with respect to indigenous peoples’ views and positions on the ASEAN integration.
