What We Do
A training for indigenous women leaders on decision-making, co-organised by Trinnamul Unnayan Sangstha, the Hill Tracts NGO Forum (HTNF) and Asia Indigenous Peoples Pact (AIPP) was held on August 5-9, 2005 in Ranggamati, Bangladesh. The effort was supported by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), through the Regional Indigenous Peoples Programme (RIPP) in Bangkok, Thailand.

Programmes and Recent Projects With the objective of supporting capacity building of indigenous communities, AIPP has been working on a program which comes under three broad divisions. From 2005, these Programs were expanded to a total of seven programmes, namely Advocacy and Networking, Education and Organisation, Research and Information Dissemination, Regional Capacity Building, Strengthening of AIPP, Campaign and Policy Advocacy and Youth Programme. 1.
